Larry Burns is the host of The Relevant University. Mr. Burns, a native of Detroit, graduated in 1978 from Central Michigan University. As the vice president for external affairs at The University of Toledo, Mr. Burns is actively engaged in building relationships between the University and the immediate Toledo and greater world communities.

Amelia Acuna is assistant director for university communications at The University of Toledo and producer/co-host of The Relevant University: Toledo. As assistant director, Amelia oversees signature University of Toledo events, manages communications student writers and is a part of the Media Relations team. A University of Findlay graduate, Amelia enjoys running, movies, traveling and listening to music…and, of course, UT Rocket sporting events!

Tobin Klinger is associate vice president for university communications at The University of Toledo and executive producer of The Relevant University: Toledo. As associate vice president, Tobin oversees internal and external communications, media relations, crisis communications, social media and video production for the university. A Bowling Green State University graduate, Tobin has all but switched his allegiances from the rival to the south to the Rocket Nation. An avid runner, he can also be found spending his time at local record stores in search of vinyl.
