In the college ranks:
Toledo Rockets vs. Eastern Washington
I'll admit, I keep having panic attacks when I think about this game. Toledo looked better against Missouri, yes, despite some boneheaded penalties and plays, but it seems like the passing game hasn't quite locked in to place yet, and that's not a good thing against these Eagles... don't sleep on them because they're an FCS squad. They're a pass happy team that puts points on the board, including 49 points when they beat #25 Oregon State in week 1.
I think Toledo pulls it out, but if they're not careful, they could find themselves playing from behind.
Kickoff is at 7pm from the Glass Bowl, pregame at 5 on 1370 WSPD.
Bowling Green @ Indiana
If the Falcons don't beat the Hoosiers, I'll eat my own beard.
Michigan vs. Akron
Michigan is coming off a primetime win over Notre Dame. Akron struggled to beat James Madison. I'm not sayin', I'm just sayin'.
Ohio State @ California
The Buckeyes take a break from their Cupcake Tour of America to play a halfway decent team. That being said, Cal will only keep the scrubs on the bench until about the 4th. COLLEGE FOOTBALL WOO.
And in the NFL:
Detroit Lions @ Arizona
The good news is that the Lions are an entirely different team with Reggie Bush in the backfield. The bad news is that Bush suffered about 3 different injuries in week one alone. Better hope he holds up; Joique Bell can only do so much.
Cleveland Browns @ Baltimore
