According to the Wall Street Journal 11 PGA players have filed an antitrust lawsuit against the ruling body of golf because of its' decision to ban them from playing in PGA sanctioned tournaments. According to the motion ""The Tour's conduct serves no purpose other than to cause harm to players and foreclose the entry of the first meaningful competitive threat the Tour has faced in decades." The players would also like a temporary restraining order that would allow them to play in upcoming events they have qualified for with point standings.
