Candidate for Governor Wants Toledo Debate

(Cleveland, OH)  One major-party candidate for governor calls for a fourth debate; this time in the Glass City.

The two major-party candidates for governor ended what was supposed to be their third and final debate Monday night with Democrat Richard Cordray asking for more saying the people and voters of Toledo warrant the visit. 

Conservative Ohio Newspaper Endorses Democrat

Cordray and Republican candidate Mike DeWine largely stuck to their usual talking points on major issues Monday night. 

In certain areas, such as education, their views overlapped. Both called for better early childhood education and less standardized testing.
