(Lucas County, OH) A news-documentary series is going to feature a Lucas County juvenile court.
he HBO show "Raised in the System" will talk to Judge Denise Navarre Cubbon as it explores the link between juvenile justice and incarceration.
The show will also feature testimonials from families from the Toledo area.
The feature is only about 15 minutes of the 50-minute show, but shows the juvenile court's work to use child psychology to help juvenile offenders correct behavior.
