Toledo Jeep Workers Head Back to Work

(Toledo, OH) The first of nearly 3,200 laid-off Toledo Jeep workers are expected back on the job for assembly line training today.

Employees returning to the jeep assembly complex will be trained on new production techniques after a multi-billion dollar retooling effort.

The first next-generation Jeep wranglers are expected to roll off the assembly lines sometime in November and be available in showrooms in December, while pre-orders now nare being taken at dealerships nationwide.
