WILLOUGHBY HILLS, Ohio - Police have cancelled a statewide Amber Alert for two children after they were located.
Police in Wiloughby Hills say 3-year-old girl Ravin Briscoe and her 5-year-old brother Gavin Traylor were taken Tuesday morning. Their mother, Samika Traylor, told police her boyfriend had threatened her with a gun and stole her vehicle with the two children inside. The boyfriend is 24-year-old Clarence Davis.
The children were located Tuesday afternoon.
