75 Arrested In Drug Sweep

TOLEDO, Ohio - Toledo Police seized more than $150,000 worth of drugs and made 75 arrests during a recent drug sweep. 

Nearly 50 search warrants were executed during the five-day sweep. More than $100,000 worth of heroin, $30,000 of cocaine and 3.75 pounds of marijuana were seized during the raids. 

The raids were carried out by officers from the Toledo Police Special Operations Bureau, with assistance from the FBI, ATF, DEA and the Lucas County Sheriff's Office. The operation is done annually in remembrance of Det. Keith Dressel and the other fallen TPD Officers that gave their life in the line of duty.
